Executive Committee

The Executive Committee brings together the General Managers of each subsidiary and members of the corporate team. Its role is to support subsidiary operations, maximize synergies between them, ensure their profitability, and provide a forum for sharing and discussing. It ensures the right balance between the standardization of best practices and the agility of human-size teams.
